Hi. I'm, Jill. I am mom to 3 amazing kids and wife to an incredible man. I have a fine arts degree and have worked in the UX business for over 15 years. My husband and I are currently in the process of adding on to our home, little by little. Since we are doing most of the work ourselves it's been a loooooong process of learning to love the journey, accept the "not yet" and celebrate the potential in something not yet seen.

We've come to believe that brilliance is hidden in the basics. When basic elements are silently woven together, dynamic relationships begin to emerge and something magical happens.

 

Whatever we work on - fine art, online user experiences or interior spaces - I focus on the basic story and I am intentional to leave room for that intangible thing to emerge.  I believe it is so important to create space, both in the physical and in our minds, for our soul to enter in.  I make it my objective as a designer to not merely fill space - but instead - to open up space, making room for communion with what you value.  It’s here, in that still space that you may find a bit of yourself, and perhaps something unexpected. Ultimately, that physical and mental space created gives birth to new life daily. It's brilliantly basic.
