B:  What's the idea?

J:  I want to do a portrait of each of my kids but I'd like them to work together as a series. I am inspired by old portraits and want to add a bit of whimsy. Hoping to communicate a lot more than just their physical attributes and illuminate some of the more unseen parts of their personalities.

B: How do you see Ethan?

J:  When I see Ethan - I see perseverance that comes from faith.

J: The verse, "You who are treasured by God, fear not, peace be with you; be strong and of good courage." Daniel 10:19
